**Amendment 0001 is being issued to provide a revised version of the CSS document, due to an error in the dimensions provided for CLIN 0002 (see highlighted dimension changes). Also, to clarify delivery of the pallets, all pallets are required within 30 days but the vendor can choose how they’d like to break up the deliveries, either in whole or partial deliveries. The due date for quotes remains 13 March 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT.** DLA Distribution located at Tracy, California has a requirement to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for (2) different sizes of winged wooden pallets. See attached solicitation. This RFQ is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 321920 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Product Supply Code (PSC) for this acquisition is 3990. Please direct any questions and email all quotes to John.Sproul@dla.mil. 1-Award will be made on an 'all or nothing' basis to the lowest price offer that meets or exceeds technical specifications. 2-Taxes do not apply as DLA is a Federal Agency and is tax exempt. 3-Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). 4-All quotes shall be FOB Destination and include shipping.
