Description | ** Amendment 0001 is being issued to provide a revised version of the CSS document , due to an error in the dimensions provided for CLIN 0002 ( see highlighted dimension changes ). Also , to clarify delivery of the pallets , all pallets are required within 30 days but the vendor can choose how they ’ d like to break up the deliveries , either in whole or partial deliveries . The due date for quotes is EXTENDED to 16 March 2026 at 1 : 00 PM EDT .** DLA Distribution located at Tracy , California has a requirement to establish a Firm Fixed Price ( FFP ) purchase order for ( 2 ) different sizes of winged wooden pallets . See attached solicitation . This RFQ is being solicited as a 100 % Small Business Set - Aside . The North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS ) code for this project is 321920 and the size standard is 500 employees . The Product Supply Code ( PSC ) for this acquisition is 3990 . Please direct any questions and email all quotes to John . Sproul @ dla . mil . 1 - Award will be made on an ' all or nothing ' basis to the lowest price offer that meets or exceeds technical specifications . 2 - Taxes do not apply as DLA is a Federal Agency and is tax exempt . 3 - Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow ( WAWF ). 4 - All quotes shall be FOB Destination and include shipping . |
