Description | The City of Norwich (“ City ”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to administer its workers ' compensation claims on a self - insured or fully - insured basis effective July 1 , 2026 . It is intended that the term of the contract will be for five years subject to a satisfactory annual review . In addition , it is preferred that the Firm be capable of providing other value - added services , including but not limited to , those outlined in the Scope of Services . Firms may submit a proposal to administer the City ’ s self - insured Workers ’ Compensation program or provide the City with a fully insured Workers Compensation program . Firms may provide proposals for both options . |
