This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000.00 inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.TheNicholas Scoppetta Children’s Center (NSCC)is seeking trauma-informed, Workforce Development   (hands on and theory based Soft Skills Trainings) activities for children and youth to build self-confidence, encourage critical thinking, and improve the learning process.As of August 2, 2021, all new hires must be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, unless they have been granted a reasonable accommodation for religion or disability.
