Special Notice of Award Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MICC Huachuca Division, intends to award a noncompetitive sole source contract to Systems Atlanta, Inc. 1100 Cobb International Place NW Kennesaw, GA 30152 to provide procurement of four (4) Systems Atlanta, Inc. IDS5 workstation packages. Packages include hardware, software licenses, 5 year warranty, and shipping for United States Army Garrison located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to Systems Atlanta, Inc. in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. The statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(1)(B), as implemented by FAR 13.101(b), Soliciting from a single source. Contracting officers may solicit from a single source based on determination and findings that only one source is reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334290. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; nor will a solicitation be issued for this requirement. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due by 1:00 pm, Arizona time, Tuesday, September 8th, 2026.
