<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt;">The County of Solano,&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Department of </span>Health and Social Services Department, Child Welfare Services<span style="color: black;">, hereinafter referred to as the &ldquo;County,&rdquo; intends to secure a contract with a qualified proposer</span> to provide&nbsp;Wraparound Services to youth and families residing in and/or served by the County.<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt;">The goals of the service outlined in this RFP are to provide strengths-based, trauma-informed, family centered services to youth and families in order to eliminate barriers to service delivery. Wraparound and FURS (Family Urgent Response System) Services are aimed to <span style="color: black; background: white;">reduce the risk of out-of-home placement, youth entering higher levels of placement, and recidivism by bringing individuals, agencies, and the community together as a decision-making team with the central focus on meeting the needs of the child and family.</span><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt;">family.
