Description | The intent of this Request for Proposal ( RFP ) is to secure the services of a vendor that is experienced in the delivery of individualized , strength - based , familycentered , culturally - responsive services to partner with the County of Merced ’ s (“ County ”) child and family - serving public agencies to provide family - based aftercare services for youth as provided under Assembly Bill 404 ( AB 404 ) ( Chapter 732 , Statutes of 2017 ), Welfare and Institution Code ( WIC ) 18250 - 18258 , the Wraparound Program and Family First Prevention Services Act ( FFPSA ), and Assembly Bill 153 ( AB 153 ) ( Chapter 86 , Statutes of 2021 ). The vendor will need to be certified through CDSS as a High Fidelity provider . The County ’ s child and family - serving public agencies are the Human Services Agency ( HSA ), Behavioral Health and Recovery Services ( BHRS ), Probation Department , and the Merced County Office of Education ( MCOE ). Human Services manages the fiscal and administrative requirements of the Wraparound Program . |
