4 . 1 . 1 Vendor shall furnish all Products , cables and connections , installation , integration , testing , labor , personnel , transportation , materials , storage , tools , supplies , permits , licenses , equipment , and other Services necessary to supply and install , on a turnkey basis , a fully functional RTS in accordance with the Contract . Vendor shall provide Services and staff , and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of the Work . 4 . 1 . 2 The RTS shall identify and classify vehicles traveling through the Systems to support revenue collection . The System will include electronic equipment for Transponder and Photo Tolling . The RTS will also include Digital Video Audit System ( DVAS ) to provide camera monitoring of the toll zones . 4 . 1 . 3 The specific scope , deliverables and requirements of the Work are set forth in Appendix 03 , Appendix 04 , Appendix 05 and Attachments 1 and 2 of this SOW . 4 . 1 . 3 . 1 Vendor shall perform the design , supply , installation , and testing Work for the RTS in accordance with the requirements in the Contract Documents , including but not limited to the Contract , Appendix 03 , Appendix 04 , Appendix 05 and Attachments 1 and 2 of this SOW . 4 . 1 . 3 . 2 Vendor shall deliver the System to meet the performance requirements set forth in Exhibit ( A ) J /( B ) E .
