Description | Provide a detailed cost proposal to furnish all labor , material and equipment to remove the existing roofing system , including ballast , membrane , insulation , protection boards and vapor barriers ( if present ) and install a new EPDM membrane , cover board , vapor barrier , insulation , ladders , and walkway pads on the Wastewater Treatment Plant ’ s ( WWTP ) primary building . Replace roof drains and conductors , remove and replace parapet coping for a complete watertight roofing system per project plans and specifications .
