Description | This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation ( FAR ) Subpart 12 . 2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested , and a written solicitation will not be issued . This is a non - personal services contract to provide maintenance , troubleshooting and repairs services for Government owned ( one Gulmay 320 and two Comet 450 ) X - ray systems utilized to perform radiography at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard . See attached Performance Work Statement ( PWS ) for full details of this requirement . This requirement is being competed on an unrestricted ( full and open ) basis , and the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Service type contract . The period of performance will be 01 Jun 2026 – 31 May 2027 ( base ) Please complete pricing on attached combined synopsis solicitation document and submit required documents by 24 Apr 2026 , 9 : 00 am PST . Questions are due by 17 Apr 2026 at 9 : 00 am PST . |
