Description | The Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority ( OMPA ) is requesting competitive quotes for one ( 1 ) 27kV Class Recloser , associated controller , and required accessories . All submissions must comply with the applicable provisions of the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act , OMPA internal purchasing procedures , and Oklahoma State Law . Vendors shall meet the following minimum specifications . Any deviations must be clearly identified and explained in the proposal . Recloser Specification ; Item OMPA Minimum ; Manufacturer Specify ; Phases 3 - phase ; Class ( kV ) 27 ; Interrupting Medium Vacuum ; Continuous Current Rating 560 A ; Interrupting Rating 12 kA ; BIL Level 150 kV ; Current Sensing Relay class CTs , bushing style , one CT per phase ; Voltage Sensing 3 - phase voltage sensing ; Mounting “ Steel “ Pole Mounted ; Recloser Controller – Configuration A Specification ; Item OMPA Minimum ; Relay SEL 651R , no substitute ; Cabinet Weatherproof / outdoor rated NEMA enclosure . Communication Ports 100 base - FX fiber optic , Ethernet , EIA - 232 , USB ports ; Cabinet Heaters Required ; Battery Backup Required ; Control Wiring As needed to interface Recloser Controller with Recloser mounted on a 40 - ft “ steel ” pole . Communications accessories Communications shelf or Install 35mm DIN rail for room to mount radio communications equipment . Accessories ; Auxiliary Transformer Mount a 1kVA transformer to the frame for relay power ; Lightning Arrestors ( optional ) To install 2 sets of lightning arrestors ( 6 total . 3 on the line side , 3 on the load side ) 18kV MCOV . |
