This request for proposals is for youth swim team program services to be provided at the City ’ s John Anson Ford Park Regional Aquatics Center . Contractor will be required to perform and complete the proposed youth swim team program services in a thorough and professional manner , by providing all labor , materials , and supplies necessary to complete all work in a timely manner , in a way that will meet all the City ’ s requirements . Contractor will perform the following youth swim team services within the City ’ s John Anson Ford Park Regional Aquatics Center facility : 1 . YOUTH SWIM TEAM PROGRAM SPECIFICATIONS a . Program Overview Contractor shall provide the Youth Swim Team Program for up to 120 youth , ages 5 – 18 . b . Swim Team Instruction Contractor shall provide instruction in skills and stroke techniques , including , but not limited to , freestyle , breaststroke , backstroke and butterfly . Practices shall include cardio exercises . c . Swim Meets Contractor shall host at least one inter - squad mock meet and at least two ( 2 ) USA Swimming meets and tournaments at the Bell Gardens John Anson Ford Park Regional Aquatics Center . d . Location and Hours All tasks , except for team meets and tournaments at outside venues , shall be performed at the John Anson Ford Park Regional Aquatics Center located at 7950 Scout Avenue Bell Gardens , CA 90201 . Practices shall be held between 3 : 30 p . m . and 5 : 30 p . m . Services shall be provided for the number of days specified , inclusive of holidays .
