This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete the replacement of the building automation system (BAS) at the Yucalta Lodge, 555 2nd Ave, Campbell River, BC, V9W 3V1 (“the Project.”). The Project includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of all existing controllers and complete graphics and programming package. Details of the scope of work are provided in the attached design documentation. The existing BAS includes a combination of Johnson Controls and Delta Controls components. The project will provide a new, single BAS replacing the existing system. Island Health requires a Ready-for-Takeover date of January 15, 2026.
