CONTRACT DESCRIPTION A . The work of this project is shown on the drawings titled Front Entry Improvements – Justice Center . Contractors are to familiarize themselves with the sheet index . Execute the work shown on the contract drawings for complete and total project to include the following : 1 . Make way and prepare the site for the Work . 2 . Construction of the Project and associated Work . 3 . Substantial Completion . 4 . Project Turnover and Warranty Period . B . Perform Work of Contract under contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract . C . Work of the Contract is identified in the following documents : 1 . Sealed Architecture / Engineering Drawings , any issued addenda , and any supplemental instructions , including but not limited to Sketches , Directives , Lists , created and distributed during this project . 2 . Project Manual , Solicitation and Specifications . CONCRETE f ’ c = 2 , 500 psi design strength ( Foundation ) REINFORCING STEEL ASTM A615 , Grade 40 for # 3 and smaller ASTM A615 , Grade 60 for # 4 and larger STRUCTURAL STEEL ASTM A36 plates ASTM A500 , Grade C tube shapes SOIL Fsoil = 1 , 500 psf as permitted by the 2024 IBC in absence of a soils report . NOTES The scope of the following calculations includes the guard rails and concrete site walls .
