This project is for Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area - Cyclic Replacement of 3 BISO HVAC Systems, TN and KY locations. This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238220 plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning contractors, $19M TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Period of Performance 45 days after NTP SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
