Description | The Federal Aviation Administration , En Route Construction Branch ( AAQ - 540 ) has a need to replace the membrane roof of the Power Service Building at the Los Angeles Air Route Traffic Control Center in Palmdale , California . The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $ 500 , 000 and $ 1 , 000 , 000 . Please see the attachments for details . This project is set aside for competitive award for all qualified SBA Certified 8 ( a ) Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses operating under NAICS 238160 . Interested offerors shall provide evidence of a major roofing manufacturer installation certification as well as proof of socioeconomic status by means of an SBA acceptance letter in order to be considered for award . Offers that do not contain these documents will be deemed non - responsive and will not be evaluated for award . Offers are due no later than noon Pacific Time on Friday , February 6 , 2025 . Offers shall be emailed to mark . salum @ faa . gov . Offer shall include complete price breakdown in 50 division CSI format . |
